I ordered a bouquet of Happy / Just because flowers for work. There were raves of fragrance and design. I was particularly impressed with the delivery. The person cared so much about the presentation, the design, the quality. She continued to tell me how to keep them fresh and cared about how I liked them, ready at a minute to take them back if I didn't. I don't know why companies have stopped caring about their customer's satisfaction, but Blooms hasn't. PS: The flowers stayed beautifully fresh for 1 1/2 weeks!
